Health is more than the food we put into our body.

It’s how we feel about our body.

It’s our thoughts.

It’s our choices.

It’s how we spend our time, and who we spend it with.

My health journey is and has been an ever-evolving one. I’ve had the honor to work with incredible clients over the years, supporting their path to behavior change and to improved mental health. But, admittedly, there have been times when I put more into my work than I did into myself. Many times when I was much better at giving advice than taking it.

That changed about 5 years ago when I started learning even more about my own health and started asking for help. I made a commitment to a practice of consistency and positive thinking. Year-after-year, I maintain the habits I have cultivated and continue to learn more.

Today, I coach others toward becoming their best, healthiest self. A self that is full of balance, moderation, flexible thinking, resilience, and confidence.

If you want a diet or a magic supplement, I’m not the coach for you. The research has shown that there is no quick fix when it comes to health.

If you want evidenced-based, compassionate, and empowering support that will help you implement lifelong changes, you’ve come to the right place. My goal is to help you build confidence, gain strength, and see measurable results. Together, we’ll create a plan that works within the reality of your life.

Cheers to your health!

– Sara
